Autumn Pumpkins

Last year, I saw some amigurumi pumpkin patterns on social media and I’ve been wanting to make some since!

Pattern: Autumn Pumpkins by Jan Lewis

Yarn:

Big one: RCY Eden in Forest and RCY Epic in 700 Harvest

Small one: RCY Hat Trick Semi-Solid in Turf and Penalty Shot

These were so enjoyable to make! The pattern was simple and clear. It was easy to follow and fairy quick to knit. And yet, the result is great! I love these pumpkins—they're great fall decor in our house.

The yellow one is made with worsted weight yarn and the orange is fingering weight. I followed the pattern exactly as it is for the yellow one. Because the orange one is smaller due to lighter weight of yarn, I made it a tad shorter than the instruction. But that’s all the change I made!

I might make a white and/or green one next year!
